Think I'm ov'ing today (cramps). No BD yesterday -- OH has had it -- but promised tonight. Tues he's away, so this is our last chance. I really, really, really don't want to go on the drugs!

We dtd... Cramps are gone along with most of the EWCM, so I guess I'll count this as 1 dpo. Had 2 pints w/ OH tonight, but now on the wagon for the 2 ww. I'm so very hopeful for this month!!!!!

Just to let you know that FrenchFry who used to be in our group too has got her BFP.

So keep trying and fingers crossed your BFP's are just around the corner.

dan-o, I'm doing fine. Thanks. MS has got better over the last week or so.

Going from your ticker in your signature, you're on CD2. I am so sorry, but please don't give up your PMA.

I am not sure if any or a combination of these things worked, but this is what we have done in the cycle we got our BFP:

- OH took Vit C, Vit E and Zinc
- I took Folic Acid
- I stayed still in bed with my bum on a pillow for about 20 minutes after every
- We BD'ed every day leading up to Ov for about 10 days
- I drank grapefruit juice
- I temp'ed
- After Ov we were on holiday and I wasn't sure when exactly I had ovulated, so did not stress about it, did not come on the forum or anything. All I did do was take my temps and wrote them down on a piece of paper to be entered into FF upon my return.

I have read from a few ladies on here that they left the forum for a wee while and just went with it without stressing too much and they then actually got their BFP's.

I really hope you get your BFP soon.

I've just got back from hols in Dubai so I'm hoping a bit of relaxation might have helped. Although I was ill for a few days so there wasn't as much as I would have hoped!

When AF arrives next week I'll be going to the doctors to get some help.

Yes, i am over the MOON to have got my BFP at 10DPO this week. I am now 4 weeks 1 day pregnant and loving every second of nausia, tiredness and bloat.
