I second that, I want one now. I eat them all the time either frozen or from Pizza Hut. Totally fine.
Not judging anyone anyway, everyone should do what they feel is right In pregnancy.
why isnt pizza classed as healthy? I know is calorific but it has cheese (protein, calcium) tomatoe's, meats, vegies such as peppers mushrooms, onions, sounds pretty nutritious to me or am i just being thick?? I dont want to be gaining too much weight so i wont be eating pizza often unless ill be making my own at home with wholemeal flour and loads of nutritious topping!
Where are you located? xIt can't be a risk though if no pregnant women in my area have ever been told to avoid deli meats. Well there's a risk with pretty much everything you do, it can't be more than a risk of crossing the road! I guesse different areas are told different things, always amazes me as we are all the same really. Pregnant and want the best possible outcome! I think the biggest concern are the processed and/or the uncooked meats; pepperoni, sausage, salami, hamburger, bacon, and the like. Other than that, pizza is pretty good for you.

oh i see, but surley 10-15 mins in the oven will cook the meat through?? most guidlines are 220c for pizza. Ive never had a pizza where the meat wasnt piping hot when i pull it out of the oven. Also what is wrong with processed meats? I have never been told about this? I have hambo sambo's all the timeMy midwife hasnt said anything about this - only to avoid red meat unless its cooked well done.
