Please help me to work out what is stopping us all from getting pregnant!

Problem: LPD (naturally have less than a 9 day luteal phase, 18-22 day cycles)
Treatment: BBT, OPK, Clomid 50mg days 5-9
Results: Last 3 cycles had an extended luteal phase, sitting at about 11/12 days.

Problem: Excessive spotting, extended since starting Clomid, possible low progesterone
Treatment/Test: cd22 (ov'd a day late) bloodwork taken
Results: Haven't done the blood test yet :haha: I go in Thursday, will update when I get the results back

I had spotting on the Clomid too (but not before). Each cycle got worse. That's one reason I stopped it.

Problem- early miscarriages
Blood test confirmed antinuclear antibodies (lupus) affecting implantation.
Solution- clexane injections from first bfp

Problem- pcos
Solution- metforim, two rounds of Clomid and one round of femara. Ovulating but no pregnancy so far

I had spotting before, but not so excessive. It's like a very light period but no red flow (sorry, super tmi: more like dark coffee colored) for about 5/6 days now.

Updated my post :) I got a level of 20 so she said that was great for ovulation, if not pregnant by Jan31st I get referred to an RE :sad1:

I am 22 years old going on 23 years i have been recently engaged to a wonderful man i have two children age 4 and age 3 going on 5 and 4 ..it was very easy almost to easy to get pregant my with my first two children.. however me and my fiance would like to have a child of our own, all thought he accepts both my children and is just as well to say their father.. we have been been trying for about 2 years and no luck never used protection... i no it is not within him its a problem i have i do have sis on both ovaries one on the right and two on the left the last time i been check witch was a few months ago... one on the left was a little bigger but still not big enough to have surgery so the doctor they where unsure they said of what kinds of sis they where just said a complex sis... i have been reading and reading trying to find out ifi can get pregant with this apparently from what i beeen reading yes it is possible for me to get pregant but i never always had sis and before i got engaged i dated a few guy and again never use protection althugh i no i should i never did i do belive i miscarried once but nothing was ever confirmed 100% i just went to the doctor and he gave me a pregancy test said i was pregant and 3 hours later i am in another hos[ital geting every test a blood work can give and turns up nothing also a ultra sound witch showed i never was pregant ...weather i was or not i have no idea...al i no i bleed for 18 days straight and after the ultra sound like one day after bleeding was gone and no more pain and it looked like i past a yellow ball type thing..i have no idea what it was ...so anyway back to the main issue i am having is i dont understand why i cant get pregant if my sis are not stoping it and i have normal fine periods and i have sexual intercource what i would think it normal or average for a couple i just dont understand why everytime i go to the doctor he seems to pass off the topic...i live in canada so i dont no if the states would be different but my doctor dont seem to want to help me and wont tell me why although i no he isnt hiding anything for one he isnt allowed to and two i seen all my papers from my reports... so anyone with some suggestions on what i could go to him about like levels or something would be a help....

Mamaoftwo: I don't know how things work in Canada but is is possible for you to change doctors? I had a bad one at first and then changed. It was the best thing I ever did as I am now getting some real answers. After that long ttc a normal fertility workup includes blood tests for hormone levels, an HSG, and an SA. Any FS would be willing to do at least those things.

Problem: No bfp after many many months. Irregular periods & late ovulation
Test: Day 21 bloods
Result: Inconclusive

Further tests: Day 25 bloods, ultrasound on Day 13, sperm analysis, lap & dye (due to past chlamydia infection) on 30th December
Results: Progesterone 34.5 (definite ovulation), both ovaries fine, sperm results "excellent" (doc's words). Lap & dye to follow.

Lap & dye gave me the all clear so I suppose I fall into the category of unexplained

Hi there
My diagnosis so far
hormonal problems and minimal endometriosis
I had a lap to discover and remove endometriosis.
It has obviously come back though.
My progesterone was low 28-49 nmol/L and I spotted a lot (all cycle)
With NaProTechnology I have gotten better hormones through low dose famara and progesterone sups (progesterone is now between 70-98 nmol/L)
Cycles look better but still no pregnancy.
I selfmedicate now with Propolis which I read a study on.
And also I am looking into having immunological issues tested
Best wishes
Amber

What is the propolis meant to do?? I take it but only when I have a cold coming, didn't realise it might help with this too!

Update! Never mind, I had a look - I'll certainly keep taking it now. Thanks for that!

Problem: one pregnancy in over 3 years of trying, ending with miscarriage at 9 weeks
Test: CBFM, temping (didn't get on with that)
Doc's test: many, but the crucial ones were FSH 23.5, AMH 3.2
Possible treatments: IVF with donor eggs

Sadly my 'unexplained' became explained as severely depleted ovarian reserves. Which means that not only do I have very few eggs left, but the ones that I have are likely to be poor quality

I am currently in my first IVF cycle using a donor - with egg collection scheduled for next week

I'm not saying this will work you you or for anyone, but this book gave me a lot of hope and I thought I would share: "Inconceivable: A Woman's Triumph over Despair and Statistics" by Julia Indichova. This lady also had high fsh. She started ttc #2 with an fsh of 42, and ends up pg naturally 2 years later with an fsh of 20. Like issue, I don't want to give false hope but I really liked the book, very inspirational.
