Pls help

Me and my husband have been ttc for 6 months. I knw I ovulated March 27th and 3dpo my nipples were really sensitive and stayed like that for about a week. I am now 10dpo and have been feeling a bit nauseous and believe I had ib 2 days ago. I work at a clinic so I took a test today and bfn, I'm I out already?

I'd say try the test again in 2-3 days. It's very possible the HCG hasn't built up enough yet to register on a test. I know that the waiting and the anxious anticipation are the worst, I'm going through it right now because I'm in my 2 week wait now. I'll probably ending up testing the middle of next week though. Can't help it, I'm extremely impatient.

Thank you, I know what you mean. I am the type that can't wait to test, I think I have test like 3 times this time around.
