PMS & Ovulation

Can I just ask a quick question girls?

I have always suffered PMS every month withour fail- sore breasts, nausea etc

Does that mean that I definately ovulated?

Hi hun. The only way to know for sure that you have ovulated is by temping.

I second Chris. There are no such thing as foolproof way of knowing anything in ttc unless you get a positive opk (i.e ov hormones detected) (that inlcudes hpt too btw!!!) however, as Chris pointed out only temping will actually confirm ov as your body can rear up for ov but not actually release an egg. Having said that, after knowing about ewcm and all the other signs for 20 years- i trust an opk (or in my case, a cbfm )!
