im sure i read a post on here once that a girl did the test on her own and then wrote in lipstick on her tummy "guess what's in here...?!" and sent the pic to her OH's fone!!

Wow, I think I'll add that to my initial plan. I found myself clapping and giggling after reading your post and had to make something up because DH insisted on knowing what I was so happy about!!!

With dd1 we'd been trying for 11 cycles and it was just another test I was feeling dispondant about, but I tested in the bathroom and waited, and when the lines showed I ran back into the bedroom and was just shocked, cant remember crying though.
With dd2 we'd only started on ttc for the first cycle so the positive test was a really big supprise. I'm uninventive though and so didnt do anything special when telling x-dh then either.
Would make the effort next time though.
