Poop questions...TMI

I’m 5 weeks pregnant and for the last week I’ve had loose bowels and awful trapped gas in my upper stomach. The last 2 days I’ve noticed clear mucus when i empty my bowels... is this something to worry about??

I think mucus is just a sign of irritation from having loose bowels, not generally anything to worry about, especially short term. I always had loose bowels in early pregnancy. I think it's quite common.

Clear mucus coming from your back end? Or front door? Mucus in your poo isn't usually anything to worry about, my digestive system is in a permanent state of confusion at the moment - one minute it's constipated the next it's the opposite. I have mucus from the back door sometimes when I go to the toilet. I read about it once but I can't remember what it is ... I think piles can sometimes contribute
