Hi all, i hope you don't mind me popping over hear from ttc after a loss. i had a natural mc 41 days ago, tested and bfn today, on day 39 I had a little pink blood on the paper after i wiped and nothing since! i just wondered if this had happen to any of you? is my body just playing tricks on me, is it implantation and i tested to early? any help would be really appreciated. thanks. xxx

cycles can be very messed up after mc.
its why its reccomended to wait till after one period for dating purposes, but i didn't and many dont so dont worry.
but i THINK its impossible to say how cycles will play out immediatly after.
if you dont get your period i'd test again in a week. xxxxxx

Hi Babycakes,

My cycles were crazy for the full year after my MMC. Cycles from 25 to 32 days, light bleeding to mega heavy downpours! 3 days to 7 days bleeding. All over the place.

I think our bodies just take a while to bounce back after all that happens when you miscarry. I saw it as natures way of making me give my body a break for a few months.

I did end up buying a CBFM though, as it was torture not knowing when your were fertile as there is only so much 'planned sex' a couple can have with enthusiasm!! hehehe!

Take care, hun.

I waited one cycle after my medical ERPC before TTC and my cycle length went from 31 to 21 days! The midwife didn't believe me and put my EDD down as 9th September but the scan showed it was indeed 31st August. I also OV'd very early in the cycle. Sadly hun, these things do mess up our bodies and cycles can be hard to track for a while. I would still temp and use OPKS but don't be suprised if things are all over the place. Good luck and I'm sorry for your loss :hugs:
