Pos Ov(LH) tests for 7days

Hi I hav been TTC for two months and hav been checking for LH surges using home test strips. I am on day 25 of my cycle which can range from 14-40days! very irregular.
Every day the test line on the OV tests are getting darker. My friend says this could mean i am Pregnant, as OPK's can also detect Preg hormones???

So i did a HPT a few days ago which was a BFN, i wondered if anyone could give me any advice? Do you think i should go to the docs is I'm having an LH surge for a week?? could there be something wrong?
Or could a really be PG??

Very confused, and advice from wise ladies welcome x x

I had this aswell and I ended up getting positive opks for more than 2 weeks on very sensitive opks....It could be that yours are too sensitive or with your cycles being a bit long it could mean PCOS...Thats how I found out I had PCOS because of the OPK's!
I would go to your doctors and ask for a scan to be done! ;hugs:

thanks for your reply, I made my friend who's ov'ing around now try them too. lol she only had an LH surge for one day, so was thinking it wasn't the sensitiviy of the strips. so maybe the pcos is the cause! thankyou again

They also say to stop testing after your positive OPK for this reason.
