Just saw your post, Stacey. Glad to hear your ic is dark now! I don't know why, but I've thought yours was a sticky bean from the beginning... I guess maybe because your FRER was nice and dark.

Oh and of course I'm getting close to a positive now... I haven't BD in 4 days. Been so tired from doing all the cleaning and sorting for the garage sale. DH better watch out tonight and next couple days. I've told him before that I dtd plenty knowing that I'm likely not fertile (as it should be of course) so the couple times I say that we really need to, we need to.

So I was outside at the boat races for 3-4 hrs, held my pee of course and it was super-concentrated... cm is EW and opks... bfn... very negative. What in the world... grrrr. Still going to BD tonight for sure. Already warned DH hehe.

yes i changed it to show my due date going by when i Od and not my lmp because that is what my doctor goes by ill have a sono on the 4th and they will put my date at march 27th so going by that im 4weeks 3days

Yea based off LMP with DS my due date was Aug. 29th, but after u/s was moved to Oct 27th....big difference!

hello ladies. just coming in to check on ya. I know i havent been on much but the time has finally come. I will be starting the journey tomorrow. I go to the hotel tomorrow and will leave for boot camp on monday. Im excited because im ready to see dh and sad because im leaving family, friends and you ladies here. But the good thing is that I wont be gone for long so hoping by the time i come back, there will be baby bumps and labor stories i have been so busy that I have no clue what cd im on so im just going to wing it. Eeeek im excited. Im really going to miss you ladies. But im going to tell you all like I tell my DH..."it's never a goodbye, it's always see you later." So I will see you ladies in a few months time but it will NEVER be a goodbye

Well BD is not going to happen tonight. Told DH if I'm just now Oing and we mss it that I'm done trying. Doubt I would quit but feeling discouraged. FF will not take away my crosshairs even if I have several more low temps, and TCOYF will not give me the "egg" even though it has me past my fertile phase now.

Well today's temp was up a little. My chart is going to look different depending on whether I use the adjusted temps for the 19th and 20th... right now I have the adjusted temps it. With FF it didn't matter which of the temps I use. TCOYF will only give me O if I discard yesterday's temp and use my adjusted temps, then it puts O for the 18th. I still would think that my temps are too low for post O temps, but I've never seen my temps after O before. Anyway, that's my update for this morning. Nothing interesting.

Morning Ladies...Wasn't on yesterday because my girlfirend threw a bbq for both of our birthdays. Since I spent mine at the hospital and hers is tomorrow. It was nice a lot of husbands and wives everywhere...lol Not too many single people there, I so love hanging with couples instead of singles...

Anyhow, opk's came yesterday!!! They were due tomorrow...So glad they came in so I could pee like a mad woman! I didn't want to use my smiley's, But I definitely wanted to see where I am with ovulation and LH.

L.E. Honestly I think you and your Dh may have caught the egg...I think you are preggo lady. And thanks to stacey for setting the baby dust atmosphere! When are you testing?

Fngrs, don't get me excited, lady! I'm still not even believing FF that I O'd let alone thinking pregnant... although I did look up to see what my EDD would be hehe. I will say that since I had to get up earlier than usual on Fri and Sat and temped early on Thurs too, that I woke up earlier than normal today too. I temped that the same time, but I pretty much always go back to bed - late to bed and late to rise. And today wasn't exactly early, but me staying up when I could've slept another hour before church is unheard of. I was tired too (still am), so it's weird. Probably doesn't mean anything, but strange nonetheless. The next couple days should give more info as to whether I really did O or not. My temps aren't high enough to be preggy temps anyway.

Aww that was nice of your friend to throw the BBQ! I'm glad you got to have a real celebration. I don't care how old we are, it is nice to be remembered and celebrated. I have only had an actual birthday party a few times. And since I've been married I can only think of once where I've even had family around for my bday except DH and DS here and maybe my mom. Since it is right after Christmas, I end up getting any presents when we celebrate Christmas. Not complaining, just saying that it's nice to be celebrated every so often and I'm glad you got to have that this year.

Should I ask a son to get my wife pregnant?
I'm married for the second time but I'm unable to have more children because I had a vasectomy.

So I thought I could ask one of my 3 sons from the first marriage if they could get her pregnant on my behalf. They are 27, 25 and 21 and it would be a way to keep it within the family. It's very important to have my child winthin the blood line.

Besides, they are young men, so their sperm is stronger and healthier. All they would have to do would be to spank the monkey and provide the seed.

No that wasn't on BnB. I can't even imagine asking something like that though. I would be too mortified to even let anyone know that I was thinking about doing that. I mean for the love of God, the kid would not only be the child's step dad, but it's grandpa too. If you have seen the stupid's remember Tom Arnold singing I am my own grandpa?!? Oh my!!! Poor kid would be teased to no end, and probably have more mental and emotional issues than a psych patient! I suggested a vasectomy reversal, and mentioned how his sons and their brides to be (or future brides) would feel about the whole thing. But you have a very valid point. That should have been discussed prior to getting married. Do people just jump in with eyes wide shut like that?!?! Wow!


Honestly? That's why I told you happy ovulation...I think you ovulated. I wouldn't pull you chain ever. Look at all of the temps they are over the 6 before them. I know you have 2 adjusted temps but even adjusted down they would still be over the 6 before them. Am I correct with that last statement. matter of fact, what are the two temps unadjusted?

Did you opk on CD17? If you got a dark opk but wasn't sure if it was positive, it may have been a positive. That's why I can't use them...Again I say the dye in it is pitiful!!! In about 3 days you should be able to test with an hpt right?

Thanks, Fngrs... Yes even with unadjusted temps FF gave me cross-hairs. I took out my opks for now (they're noted in my notes anyway) and went ahead and fixed my cm. I had it all as watery, but I figured I should just be comparing it with itself vs text book. It has all looked watery, but the past few days has had more white to it and it was pretty clear for those couple days at "O" time. So now my cross-hairs are solid. And the day I have marked as dry, still looked watery but there was not much at all that day, so I marked it that way now. It is all subjective and sometimes hard to figure out. My unadjusted temps were 97.25 and 97.27... up 1.5 hrs early and 45 mins early. I guess I don't trust my body to do things normally after I got cross-hairs even before my sickness really showed up last time and they wouldn't go away... grrr. The other 2 times that I O'd, my opks were definitely positive and for a couple days, so yet another reason to doubt. I'm glad you think I did though. I'll be really disappointed if I didn't, but not terribly surprised since I'm used to my body letting me down.

Anyway, I think that was a good response to the guy, Fngrs. I've heard of mom's being surrogates for their daughters, but I'm pretty sure they used the daughter and her husband's DNA for it... plus that man chose to have a vasectomy and the woman chose to marry a man who is old enough to have grown children... so I don't feel sorry for them at all. Weird weird weird.
