Hey Fngrs!!! We missed you

AFM, im on cd1 today. AF has started 20 days after the abnormal bleeding and found out that ovarian cysts cause abnormal bleeding in between periods Well, i had a talk with DH and I was going to wait until I went up there yo handle the whole going to the doctor to get treated BUT DH now is showing concern and he wants to go with my previous plan which was to seek medical help BEFORE i leave to Conencticut next month. So im changing my PCM (Primary Care Manager/doctor) to a female and will schedule an appt immediately when my insurance goes into effect which is next Thursday So will be seeing the doctor soon. I'm just ready to get rid of these cysts so I can finally conceive with no problem and have a LO in our arms.

That sucks Stacey... Well at least I get to tell you that I think it may be boy and then I will know if I was right or not. Which I think I am.

L.E. Progesterone is so tricky sometimes...I guess I will know when I stalk your chart if you started it or decided to wait. I took one last night just to take it really. Think I may keep it up until the cycle ends. I noticed some lactating this cycle. I read that lactating can be a sign of low progesterone. I don't think I have a Prolactin issue. It's not serious lactating just a drop or two. So oh well.


MzSwizz I agree with your Dh about getting the treatment started now. Your medical records can always be transferred to your new OB/GYN. You can even get a copy of your results and file to take to your new Dr. once you get to your destination. I think it's a good idea to at least get some tests out of the way so you can have a leg up, and be able to tell your Dr. what's going on and what treatments you have been undergoing.

Fngrs-Seeing a doctor now was my first decision but DH said to wait first and handle dental but now he sees what im going through with the abnormal bleeding and pain etc so now he wants to get everything sorted out so we can conceive because now he REALLY is trying for babies.

Stacey-Look on the bright side..next Thursday starts November

AFM, im on cd2 today. So 5 more days to go and then hopefully AF will kick rocks But as of right now, I have a sore throat which sucks so hopefully that goes away because bloating, cramps, fatigue, AF and then on top of that a sore throat...bad combination Im just ready to go to the doc and see what she has to say. I am going to a family practice doctor and she specializes in hormonal therapy so thats good for me also. I need to be in tip top shape by the time the trip next month comes around So we shall see.

Hi, Ladies! Stacey, Sorry your appt got moved back. I know it's disappointing, but the next 1/2 of the pregnancy just might seem to go a little quicker now.

MzSwizz- It's good that you're going to get started seeing the doc. Hopefully you'll get it all figured out soon.

Fngrs, that's weird with the lactating, though I swear I've had it a time or two randomly. You already ovulated I take it?

I decided to hold off on the Progesterone for a few days. Tomorrow is my pap test that I've been waiting and waiting for. I've been debating on whether to keep up with the natural approach for a few months or to try to get the S/A done and then do Clomid. I think tomorrow's visit will confirm it for me. If we HAVE to get the S/A done, then I will be waiting til after Christmas to do that and ask for Clomid. If she will let me try the Clomid without the S/A (which I doubt), then I will go ahead with it now. I'm thinking I'll be doing the supplements for now and then do the S/A and Clomid after Christmas. I know I don't want to put it off for any longer than that though. We're just not going to have the money to do the S/A til then. DS birthday party is in less than 3 week and I have to come up with over $200 still for it, then there's Thanksgiving and Christmas that take extra money... so yea, the S/A would be out of the question til after Christmas. I've put it off more than a year and I'm not going to have any other delays.

So that's what's going on with me. I'll try to pop on here tomorrow to let you know which way I'll be going.

ill be ok lol my doctors office can be so dumb they put in for my growth scan last week when i was there i told dh watch me have my growth scan before my gender scan guess what the place just called for my growth scan i have it for nov 2nd at 4:20pm lmao they will tell me the gender of the baby

Well, ladies.... I love my doctor!! She's going to let me start the Clomid without the S/A since I did conceive and plan on getting the S/A done after Christmas! So I start the Provera ASAP, and then once I start AF, I call them and they'll call in the Clomid and schedule me for a mid-cycle ultrasound.

So yea I ovulated about 6 days ago. I have had the lactating every day now. Not a lot just enough to to notice and make me cock my head to the right inquisitively.


MzSwizz- yea I remember you wanting to go to the Dr's before you left for boot camp. I hope all goes well at your appointment and they can get the ball rolling, who knows they may start you on clomid too!


Stacey- I know you feel like the 8th is far away. And I am not going to tell you that it's a short wait...Heck when you want to know the sex of your baby it feels like an eternity!!! Here's hoping that the days speed past. I really do think that it's a boy though. If you and you Dh made another girl then you are going to have to try again one more time to get that little boy so your Dh can take him fishing and won't be out numbered by you ladies. God forbid the poor man leaves the toilet seat up in the future He would be doomed.

Fngrs, I hope that lactating is a good sign! My doc even said "I really think this next year is the year for you!" She surely never said that to me before and I doubt she said that to everyone.

PS- I just ordered my Wondfo OPKs... eeeekkk! Now the doc just needs to send over the prescription for Provera. Not sure why they didn't send it to the pharmacy already. Usually they do it right away.

Ha well yesterday I had a sore throat and today I feel sort of congested, like sinus issues. Plus I took my 1st dose of Provera last night.... so pay no attention to my huge temp spike. Last time it took 3 days for my temp to go up, and it never went up as drastically as it just did. So I guess the Provera plus the cold (or maybe just the cold) spiked my temp. Who knows.

id say its the cold we all have had it and ran a fever with it my oldest was so bad she had to miss a day of school her first one so far this year
