Positive opk and Sono HSG help!

Hi guys!
Today is CD11 and the first day of this cycle that I took opk. It is usually positive sometime around CD 13-15. I was surprised that a smiley came up! On Friday CD 13 I have a Sono HSG which is like a regular HSG to check tubes except with saline/air instead of dye. The RE said the saline and the procedure shouldn't effect fertility this month(and might help increase fertility) but I'm worried he is just going to blast the egg away. Any thoughts or experience with this?

Did you call the Dr and ask to reschedule? I'm surprised, when I got procedure it was on around day 7/8 of my cycle so to not cause any problems with ovulation and whatnot... sorry.

Bee- he said I could reschedule if I wanted but he wasn't worried about adverse effects on fertility for the cycle. I ended up going through with the procedure(ouch) because otherwise it would have put everything back another cycle. It needed to get done so I figured better now than later.
