positive opk at 6dpo

Ok ladies. Today is 6dpo for me or atleast I thought. Since ovulation I've been tired cranky sore nips nauseas can smell everything under the sun and mood swings. For giggles this am I took an opk and it was blazing positive. So I got a bit excited and took.an ic. Negative. Is it too early for hcg to be detected still, did I not o a week ans half ago or is it the lh surge before af( she's not due til may 31).

Oh yeah its still too early. I'd say start testing around the 28th. Good luck

I had a positive FRER at 10 dpo (faint line), then next day I took a dollar store test, FRER and wondfo ovulation strip. The strongest line was the wondfo. Just saying...

And my nips were the first thing I noticed also...

So there's still hope I hadn't missed it? Is it normal to get positive opks this late? Its cd18

I had positive opks for 5 days after first positive (also ovulated/first pos opk late in cycle - 6 days before af) im now 6 days late & 12dpo and stil bfn :/ but dnt give up til af shows

If I stay on a 26 day cycle like the last 2 have been. I should start today. No signs of af yet, but my cycle may not be regular yet after bc. All tests are negative so well see:/

You can have mini estrogen surges before and after O that would give you a pos opk. Implantation occurs between 6-10dpo and then it takes another 2-3 days post implantation for hsg levels to rise.
