Positive OPK at 7 DPO?

I know i ovulated 7 or 8 days ago so its either 7dpo or 8 dpo today. I decided to take an ovulation test today and it was positive( the test line was as dark as the control line). I am wondering could this be a good sign that i am pregnant?
Has this happened to any of you? If so were you pregnant or no?

I had a positive OPK at 9 DPOs with my last baby. Got my positive HPT the next day (very very faint of course )

I tested on 12 dpo BFN and my period showed up today on 14 dpo
