Positive opk the same day as a temp rise?

I got a "almost positive" opk on CD 17. Then on CD18 I had a huge temp spike end I tested my first morning urine and it was a dark positive OPK. Is that possible? Today is CD19 and temp is still up. Did I ovulate on CD17 and get a positive opk AFTER o?

When did you last test on CD 17. May be just after your last test you had max LH surge. Some ladies ovulate right after they get a positive opk.
