I would say it was positive if the color was uniform across the line. The first portion looks the same darkness as the test line but it gets lighter across. To me that's close but not quite.

my guess is if you test tomorrow with FMU you will have a FULL ON POSITIVE...I get one that looks like that every month the day before I get a positive. I actually feel happy when I get a test that looks like that because I know a positive is coming soon! So don't give up hope and BD now! No better time than a few days before O!

Thankyou everyone I had 13 votes for a positive on countdown to pregnancy and on another forum so I'm counting it as it was positive I've had a temp dip this morning so I will do another opk in a bit

I'm glad u posted this. I've been having the same problem. My tests get darker but only on 1 half (left hand side of test side is dark and then fades to the right). They have 2 days of this and then start to fade. Does it mean I didn't get a positive?

To be honest I'm only going on the amount of people who have said positive I don't really get dark opks and my body has trouble ovulating I have 200+day cycles and that's the darkest Opk I've had in ages about a year. Do you chart or anything because you will be able to tell more from that as with Opks you can get a positive and not ovulate xx
