Update:

Well as you know i took a clearblue yesterday from a pack of 3 i bought the night before, and it was negative.This morning i did another, and it was also negative.

However i went to throw away yesterdays test and found another line (+) it was blue and definately there. I really wish i had a decent camera to show you guys.I'm baffled as i have taken hundreds of pregnancy tests and never throw them away straight away, and never in my life have i seen an evaporation line on one let alone two completely different tests. I really wish i had of saved that last internet cheapie strip i had, but i just got carried away with myself.

So anyway i am waiting for OH to get home from work, and i am gonna take your advice and get some superdrug tests.

I just have a really good feeling about this, i just know i am pregnant!

I really hope you are, but as soon as you have done the test and got the result, then thrown it away... don't go back to it !

It is just not worth the heartache.

Can anybody help me before i lose my mind?

I am 9DPO and the urge got the better of me so i ended up taking a pregnancy about an hour ago.

So, i took the test, and went to the kitchen to do some dinner. I sort of forgot about it and it wasn't until about 20 minutes later i remembered...and it was a very faint but definately there BFP?!!

Or was it? Did i leave it too long to check the results for it to be reliable? I've used the same tests for 4 years and a negative has never looked like a positive afterwards. I did another test straight after with whatever pee i could squeeze out but it was neg. Maybe it was just too soon afterwards, the 1st test i did i had held in my pee for a long time

Well stupid AF showed last night on CD 33....trust that to happen on my 1st charted cycle since i rarely have a cycle shorter than 60 days!! (3rd in 4 years)

But at least i have a beautiful looking chart which clearly showed i ovulated, along with a decent leuteal phase length. So yeah i'm very grateful to have completed that cycle as it has answered so many questions for me. Better luck next cycle

One of the lessons i've learnt is that i will never buy another clearblue or I.C ever again. I know i shouldn't have really looked after the specified time but come on who doesn't. I've never experienced anything like this before, a line is not a line afterall, even if it does have colour. I shall wait at least 2 weeks after O and test with a FRER or superdrug brand, since i know now that my leuteal phase is 12-13 days long.
