possible varicole?? Anyone deal with this?

My DH may have varicole. Its a widening of the veins along the cord that holds up a man's testicle. It may be a possible reason we haven't yet concieved. Anyone hear of this or dealt with it?? AF due in 8 days. If she comes, the hubby is off to the dr!
