Postpartum Glucose Test

I just had mine done, and I thought they were to give you 75 g. The bottle I drank said 100. I checked with my own meter as they drew blood and my 1st hour # was 186, then 132 at the two hr mark. Has anyone taken this test? How much glucose were you given and what are the acceptable levels?

I haven't done one postpartum but the one I took while pregnant was 130 was the highest you could get and be ok

The numbers are different postpartum. Everything I've read says that the 2 hour number should be 140 or under. But I can't find what the middle number should be. And I really think I was given the wrong amount of glucola. I haven't heard my results yet.

Well, just got a letter from my doc saying my numbers were within the allowed limits.

I'm still 99% sure they gave me too much glucola. Luckily, my body tolerated it.
