hi does anyone know of any good pre conception tablets available that arnt going to break the bank in expense thanks

Hiya me and my hubby are taking sanatogen mother and father to be. They cost about £12-13 for 30days worth. If you have a tesco near you they are 3 for 2 so work out just under £9 a box. Hope this helps.

ok thanks il have a look at those, can you take them before your pregnant?

Yeah they are especially designed for couples ttc. They have everything you need and everything he needs to make his soliders strong and healthy (if you know what i mean).

I stocked up on Boots Mother to Be vitamins when they were on 3 for 2, but my GP did say you can take normal vitamins and separate folic acid.

Hi Hon I am currently taking epo and agnus castus and separate folic acid (although considering replacing folic acid with sanatogen mother to be combined vitamins) and dh is taking vit c and zinc. All can be bought just about everywhere boots,s`drug, wilko`s and even morrisons and tescos and arent very expensive either!
