tomorrow my girls adjusted age will be 1 month, they are currently 3 months, any body know how long it takes before they hold their bottles and what not, should go by the adjusted age for those things.

Usually they will do things based on their adjusted age, maybe a little bit sooner. They sort of stay in that newborn stage longer if that makes sense.
