pregnancy after my pregnancy after loss

can i join in?i had a loss in 07. Then in october 08 i was told that i had 2 blocked tubes. Conceived my miracle in june09. And have found myself pregnant again today. Im very shocked. My lo isnt quite 8 months. Not planned but loved. Im scared as i have a risk of ectopic. Plus had a hard pregnancy last time.Have no symptons at all. Can i join as dont no where else i belong x
