Pregnancy pillow....rubbish

Having obsessed about having a pillow for wks now, I finally hsve one and after three nights am ready to bin it!!! If I want to turn over (which is a lot) I now hsve to physically get outta bed, turn it over and get back in.....not conducive to sleep :( and the only comfortable thing about it is I can sleep even better on my back with it, which is completely defeating the object no? Waste of time and money :( :( :( :( there's no way I can stop sleeping on my back :(

I've never bought one, because I figure it likely wouldn't fit unless I kicked hubby out of the bed! Sorry it didn't work for you. Can you return it?

I originally bought the snuggle (like the shape of an S) HATED IT! lol Returned it and got my little dream maker, but yeah not really little takes up alot of room on the bed!

I agree with several other posters, U-shaped comfort pillow is the only way to go. No readjusting, just a ton of support and relief from aching joints! It is like sleeping on a cloud.

I bought a dream genii to and could not get on with it at all, i think it made sleeping more difficult lol, thankfully at more than £45 mothercare took it back and I'm back using a regular pillow between by legs!

I hated my pregnancy pillow as well!!
In the end this was my setup:
Fold a double quilt in half and lay on top of it (this helped with hip pain)
Put two normal pillows lengthways between my knees and ankles
Roll up a hand towel and place under my bump when led on my side

I mastered being able to roll whilst keeping the pillows between my legs, so would just move the towel.
Whilst I would fall asleep on my side I always woke up on my back right up until DD was born. I did worry about it to start with. But I never had dizziness or anything when I got up in the morning so I just relaxed about it a bit more.
