Pregnancy symptoms less?

I posted this in first trimester but I feel I should've went here instead. Has anyone noticed a low of symptoms at all and have them come back ? I'm scared bc we had a MC last dec and right before I bled I lost my symptoms. My boobs have been crazy sore since my BFP and I've had a headache since the BFP. The headache is still there but my boobs have stopped hurting. The other day I had a gross metallic taste in my mouth. My stomach is so bloated. I'm very fit so it's crazy the difference from a flat tummy with abs to a gut, but I'm hoping that's a good thing.
Does anyone think I'm being crazy or has anyone had similar issues and turned out fine?
