Can't believe I'm actually here again. Got my bfp on Tuesday after deciding that I wasn't going to get pregnant and would probably be needing help. My oh and I are completely shocked.

I have been trying my hardest not to get anxious about it all but am struggling a little as I'm paranoid about my lack symptoms. Last time I had sore boobs, hot, itchy nipples, nausea, fatigue and extreme hunger. This time I have slightly sore boobs, fatigue and a teeny bit of nausea. Just can't help but wonder whether this pregnancy is going to end in a mmc too?

Anyone offer advice / feel the same?

Ginger

When I had my early mc I had loads of symptoms. With this pregnancy I didn't even realise I was late because I didn't have any at first. Don't worry, no symptoms doesn't mean anything, they will more than likely kick in in a few weeks.

I was like this when I first got my bfp too but remember, every pregnancy is different and this one won't be the same as last time.

I have managed to chill out more since the first few weeks of sleepless nights and worry by thinking there's absolutely no reason why this pg wont last. If I have some bleeding I am sure it will all be different, but until then, its one day at a time xx

when i had my mmc last year i had loads of symptons then with this 1 i have had harly any at all.

Im 7 weeks ( I think ) maybe slightly less and only today have my boobs started to be tender and felt a little sick
bring on the sore baps and puking I say :)
Hun, I know your worries I've had a mmc and a mc but then went on to have my little girl. Still paranoid this time but just because you have had a mmc doesn't mean this one will be. Try and remember that every little niggle and pain is not a sign things are wrong and also symptoms do come and go xxx

Hi Ginger and congrats! Looks like we're only 2 days apart, my EDD is April 8.

I was actually just about to post then decided to look around and your post is EXACTLY what I'm feeling (or not feeling!)

I never had strong symptoms with my first preg that ended in mmc at 10 wks. Just had some abdomen twinges/cramps, sore boobs and food aversions. My symptoms with this one are even less than that so of course I'm really nervous.

It's so nice to hear from other ladies who have had the same thing and are still very pregnant. I've been on here all day trying to reassure myself and I'm finally starting to feel a bit better.

Here's to a happy and healthy 9 mos to us all.

Hi congratulations!" with my 1st 2 pregnancies which resulted in miscarriage i had very strong symptoms but with this pregnancy ive had none! Your still only 4 weeks so there is chance that ms and sore boobies could hit you within the next couple of weeks or you might be like me and get nothing!

Thanks Bernina,

I'm actually feeling so much better now. I have to accept that I can't control what's going to happen with this baby. I really hope that I will get to meet her / him. After looking at other peoples symptoms at this stage, I am less worried as they are the same as mine at the moment so have calmed down a bit.

Fingers crossed for us both, eh?

xx

Exactly!! I've learned it's much too early for any consistant and strong symptoms. Emailed a bunch of fine ladies in my real life who have had healthy babies and all said it's too early for any symptoms. One even said she didn't feel a thing but tired until 8 weeks!!
