Pregnant or Anovulation?

Hi I'm 23, married 2 1/2 yrs. We were ttc #1 since we married but it never happened, we stopped trying (but not using contraception) due to unforseen circumstances about 8 months ago. Now, about 3-4 weeks ago my dh and I had sex for the first time in 6 months. He didn't finish. Looking back I don't think I got my ovulatory discharge (gungy.... sorry). I usually come on on the dot every 26 days. I am now 6 days late for AF. I am constipated (started before AF due), lower back pain (started day AF was due), I had cramp in my leg in bed one morning for no reason (not sure if related, some sites say it symptom), also have hard lower abdoman; feels full like its full of air but its not of course, pain in my right ovary area; comes and goes and in intensity. Negetive HPTs right upto this mornings. Had some AF like cramps near AF due time but no blood, no spotting at all since last AF around 18th June. Mainly looking for other anovulation sufferers, don't want to get my hopes up with people saying its bump. Does this sound typical of anovulation?
ps.. no other PG signs and moved house 4-5 weeks ago (was on last AF) was very stressed at the time.

Also its been very hot and my diets poor; could be reason for constipation. Went doctor day 4 afterdue AF, gave me fibregel stuff. Blood pressure was normal, temperature normal, kidneys normal, diabetes negetive.

Also blue veins on breasts, i have large breasts and have veins anyway but theyre bigger and more prominant, formed a circle around areolas. Not sore/sensitive, soreness usually my AF signal but none and never had sensitive nipples. Again weathers warm, could just be cooling method veins to surface.

Just an update. Day 7, no AF, BFN with FMU.

Normally you would of gotten a positive by now but some ladies don't get one until a few weeks into pregnancy, would your doctor do a blood test?

Pain in right ovary area very bad since I woke up. Going to out of hours gp in 5 hours. Will keep threads updated as my journey to answers progresses.

Gp out of hours did pg test bfn. Some others... tiny bit of blood in urine. He thinks it could be burst cyst or kidney stone but doesnt think i needed hospital admission.... and also doesnt think either explains missed period. I have to go to my usual gp to get further tests done. He thinks i need an ultrasound. Ugghh.... i am very much doubting pg anymore but really want to know what on earths wrong with me. Pain is showing no signs of improving at the minute. Will keep updated.
