Pregnant or weird period? I cant figure it out!

Hi. Im almost 32, happily married, with a six year old DD.

My AF was 5 days late.
Spotted for three days.
never filled a tampon, not even overnight.
Then today, nothing, except for a spot this morning.
This is the complete opposite of a AF visit for me.

What is going on? Took a hpt a week to a week and half ago, BFN.

So confused. Should I just count myself out this month and try again next month? But if this wasnt an actual AF, how will I know when Im supposed to watch for it next month? Im so confused.

How many days has it been since the missed period? I would suggest testing again...maybe you tested before your levels were high enough to give a positive result. . I've been having weird spotting/periods so I know how frustrating it is!

Have you confirmed ovulation? If your past your usual luteal phase you should definitely take a test!

I would take another pregnancy test .

I'd take another test, otherwise it could be an annovulatory cycle where you didn't ovulate.
