Pregnant test

Hi all,
My next Period will be @ 7th March
and Im wondering if i can take a pregnant test before i missed my period
My symptoms until this day ;
High blood presser
Increasing urination
nausea
Headache
Breast pain specially nipples
stomach pain
back pain

Its possible to use clear blue pregnancy test that its mention that it showing pregnancy before i missed my period

my period length 27 days
Last period 8th Feb 2013

Note: High blood presser first time i get it always its normal now 3 days my blood presser was high till today ,
Also i make a blood test to see the himoglpin it is also less than normal 11.7 its always in normal range ,
i wish that u can help me ,

I've heard clear blues with the "pregnant" sign are not as sensitive as others. Have u not got any cheapies to test with first? If not maybe wait 1 more day.
Also with those symptoms u are having u could well be preggo but sometimes af symptoms r similar, good luck hope there's a little bean in there xx
