Hi!

I'm 5+5 with baby #2. My son is 9 months so his pregnancy is still fresh in my mind :)

With this baby i so far have only a few slight waves of nausea, no sore boobs anymore, but way more tired!

How are your symptoms different with #2 or more compared to your first?

I'm in 2nd tri, but I had less morning sickness with this baby, but it lasted for a longer time. My cravings were slightly different too. I also had PMS cramps on and off for the first tri, which I didn't have at all with my 1st.

My first 2 pg were very similar. This one being my 3rd baby, my symptoms were a lot worse. Terrible nausea/vomiting, extreme fatigue, super sore boobs. Now that I'm almost to second trimester, my nausea is gone. Fatigue still present and definitely still extremely sore boobs.

Oh and my cravings were all different. My first baby was fruit (was a girl). 2nd baby was jarred banana peppers (was a boy). This baby is ribs, watermelon, and pickles. Haha

With my babygirl I had awful morning sickness all day and night from 5 weeks pregnant, sore boobs etc, I am just over 6 weeks pregnant now and don't seem to have any symptoms at all!

My daughter is also 9 months old! With her I had no symptoms at all, aside from a growing belly. No MS, cravings, fatigue, or anything.

This time I'm miserable. I had no idea MS was this bad! I'm crampy and uncomfortable and can't sleep at all, my nose is constantly stuffy and I'm eating everything in sight one day and can't stand the thought of any food the next. It's totally different this time!:haha:

Oh wow!!! Everyone is very different! With my son i threw up almost every day until week 24 then it came back at 32ish weeks! This time not many symptoms at all!

Was starting to worry but reading everyone's responses made me realize it's normal to have completely opposite pregnancies :)

Thanks for sharing!!!!

I'm pregnant with #2 and this time round I hate chocolate and have loads of morning sickness :(

MC 1 (12 weeks) - Symptoms began about week 6. Sore boobs, sciatica, very mild morning sickness - all symptoms gone at 8 weeks.

DS 1 (term) - Symptoms began about week 6. Mild morning sickness, very little vomiting, HUGE sore boobs, sciatica, pregnancy rage, itchy skin, exhaustion, severe insomnia, frequent urination. Morning sickness, rage, insomnia gone by week 12. Remaining symptoms through pregnancy.

MC 2 (7 weeks) - Some mild soreness in boobs, mild sciatica - All symptoms lasted about a week.

MC 3 (6 weeks) - Sore boobs. Lasted a week

MC 4 (8 weeks) - Mild Exhaustion, sore boobs. Lasted about a week - 10 days.

Current (6 weeks) - Symptoms began at 4+3. Violent nausea, vomiting, HUGE SORE BOOBS, sciatica, irritability but not quite rage, dizziness and lightheadedness, exhaustion, extreme CM production, frequent urination, thurst.

Hey there!! I know what you mean!! My son is only 4 months old ;p this pregnancy so far is actually... Exactly the same. Literally. It's so odd. I hope there are some differences or I'll be scared I won't get my little girl :x I only have slight morning sickness and I can smell everything. I'm also spotting and cramping a bit. Same as last time.

You had very similar pregnancies?! I'm experiencing the same thing and sooooooo hoping and praying for a baby girl this time. Thanks for giving me some hope :happydance:

My symptoms this time around are exactly the same, even the food I can/cannot eat. I am much more tired though, but this may be something to do with having to run around after a toddler this time!

This is our third, we have 2 girls.
Every pregnancy has been different, this current one being crazy and put me off ever being pregnant again (Got HG been on meds since wk8) but thankfully its our last :D

With DD I had so many food aversions I just couldn't eat anything and lost half a stone in the first tri, I was so sick day and night. I also had a lot of pain/cramps until about 8 weeks, which was stretching and pulling. This pregnancy, i don't have any cramps and I need to eat all the time so much so ive put on half a stone already. I don't have MS really, only if I let myself get too hungry then I start retching but if I keep on top of it and snack lots then im ok. Im really exhausted this time but I was last time too.

This second time the nausea was a lot worse, i was actually sick plenty times and couldn't eat much, now at 10 weeks i'm so happy to announce that the nausea is still there but i'm coping better than before, the feeling isn't so bad now. Also the terrible fatigue, on waking every morning, felt like i hadn't slept at all and struggled through the day having to lie down has got better thank goodness. so overall so far symptoms have been worse this time. last time i had a girl btw.

My pregnancy is only fresh. 4+6. No symptoms yet. I had sore boobs but that's gone now. With #1 I was tired around the 12 week mark. Lets see if this one will be the same. So far so so good anyways.

When I was pregnant with number one, I literally thought either most pregnancy symptoms were either old wives tales or I was extremely lucky as I had no real symptoms other than being a little tired. I think i had breast soreness for a couple days and never again.

How wrong I was! This second pregnancy has been nonstop nausea with sometimes vomiting since 6 weeks. My breasts hurt so bad my toddler cant even lay on me to snuggle. I always read that "no two pregnancies are alike" and I can hardly believe how completely different two pregnancies could be, but its so true!

I'm so happy my pregnancy so far is different. With my daughter I had HG and was in and out of hospital until 24weeks. Then sick until I gave birth.

This pregnancy I'm only sick 2-3 times a day. Mainly in the morning. Boobs haven't hurt at all.

These pregnancies are similar. I have the same not wanting to eat and nausea and no head for cooking as last time only nausea was worse this time around but has subsided a bit now. No sore boobs this time (I stopped nursing after I was already pregnant though).
My skin is worse this time. And I find myself quite cranky lately. I don't remember that too much last time.
I'm hoping for a girl but doubt it will be with hubby's family line.
