Pregnant with number 3

After days and days (I started poas far too early!) of testing with one step IC's and getting negatives, I got these 2 beautiful lines this afternoon.

I am actually quite shocked that this has happened so quickly...I have PCOS and we only did it once when I had a very dark positive on an opk. I wasnt even convinced that I was really ovulating as I had read about them sometimes being ineffective with us PCOS ladies.
I told my other half when he came home last night, I have never seen him so shocked before!! I'm sure he'll be fine in a week or so, haha.
