I just wanted to ask if any of you ladies used preseed and if it worked for you?

also was wondering what you guys did that helped get your bfp if u did any thing to help out in the ttc department.

I'm hoping for a bfp this year and just wanted some helpful tips ect :)

and congratulations on your pregnancies, hopefully i will he posting here soon :)

Preseed didn't work for me. My bfp is a result of IUI and progesterone.

My first bfp wound up in m/c because I have old stinky bad eggies but I used an cbefm, preseed and softcups.
You won't need to go down the route we did for bfp as I have a genetic condition but just wanted to say good luck & a speedy conception.

Tried to conceive first which took nearly 2 years with 2 miscarriages in between, first month using pre-seed conceived my son, first month ttc number 2 also used pre-seed and I'm pregnant, I think the pre-seed is great!!

I'm not sure if this is what helped, but I caught the flu during my fertile period. I was loading up on the Mucinex, and bam! I'm pregnant! Been trying for 10 months and had one m/c. I would have to say, don't take Evening Primrose Oil. I got my first BFP with it, but it ended in m/c. The doctor was mad at me for taking it.

Have used preseed on prev cycles but the bfp cycle was the first where I used it on all high and peak days on my cbfm. But had a hsg the cycle before and started taking iron supplements.

Thank you for all your replies :) can pre seed be found at WalMart? Also if I were to start taking progersterone would that affect my cycle and when/where would I start applying it? And when u used pre seed did u use externally or internally :) again sorry for all of the questions :winkwink:

I haven't used but I had taken cough medicine when we were ttc and got pregnant this month (it thins all the bodies mucas) and I think it may of helped as we had not been overly trying the month I got pregnant as I was not well and neither was my lo

Walmart doesn't have it, I ordered mine online.
I applied it to him and internally with the applicator, you only need a very small amount.
I'd ask your GP to test your progesterone before you get into that. If you apply it at the wrong times of your cycle (before your O) it can prevent O and ruin your chances that month. My clinic gave me progesterone to have after I had treatments done as it helps you with your lining and relax the uterus if you're diagnosed with low levels of hormones (which I was because I'm perimenaupausal <--oh how I hate that word!

I think I did hear something about how cough medicine was believed to have helped some ppl concieve hopefully that's the case for me because I'm super sick and have been taking cough medicine.

and oh ok that's good to know! That's the last thing I need to not ovulate!

I want to try pregnacare or fertility blend or something. I had a chemical pregnancy in 2012 coming off the pill so I know I can get pregnant but now my cycles are irregular now and I want to regulate them :/

My cycles are completely irregular as I only finished breast feeding when my lo was 22 months and even before my first lo I had problems with how regular periods were. As long as you can pick up on your bodies signs of when you ovulate don't worry to much. When I was see fertility specialist when was trying to get pregnant with my daughter they said best thing you can do is dtd every other day

Thanks so much. I pretty much know when I ovulate but with irregular periods I feel its harder to pin point it since ovulation isn't really the same each month with an irregular period, that's why I wish my periods were regular again.. My period don't come on the same day so its harder to pin point a late period and even a early one cuz then you wouldn't really know if its implantation. Lol so to sum that all up ( cuz I feel like what I just said was confusing) I feel like its harder to symptom spot with an irregular period
