We'll probably start about 9am-10am whenever Tegan gets up... and it might take about an hour. :)

haha yeah thats when we open presents, we up at 8am but we all over 25 in this house so not in such a hurry lol

Im guessing about two hours

My brother's used to hate the rule of taking it in turns to open each present so everyone could see what everyone else got I took my time and savoured the "moment" peeling back each bit of sellotape and examining each item and guessing what it was :haha: They grabbed a present ripped off the paper and tossed each present to the side to grab another one :haha:

I can't wait to help LO open all of his reckon I'll get up when he does unless I wake earlier :haha:

i think it will take hours this year cus i know jesse will be able to do it himself and he has soo much! bet i get bored and open them for him so i can play with them all haha  we will get up when he wakes up last year was about 8.30am :)

before LO there was just me and my nan so she would MAKE ME drink sme hot choolate and have some dips and then it would take us about 15 mins
im a rip it off quick kinda person not the take your time!
now i have LO im going to my auntys so were not on our own so it will take a while
going to feed LO whilst they open there presents then open his, which i guess will take a while

thats like my nan was ....... when she was ere

We get up between 6 and 7am and it usually takes us an hour to open them all. Only one rule on christmas day and thats no presents are to be opened until i have a cuppa in my hand and ive had a fag to wake me up

:haha: mums rule always is she had to ring all the family to wish them a happy christmas before we open anything lol

not sure yet

last year it took Hannah a good half of the day to open it all (but she was sick and napped halfway through). we'll get up whenever she's up for the day (usually between 7-8), brush teeth etc. and come downstairs. We'll do stockings and than eat breakfast and open gifts afterward. I need to be done before noon though as we have friends coming over and I'd like to be dressed by than

probably around 7am, stockings and breakfast / champagne in bed then get dressed and proper presents around the tree for a good couple of hours :) xx

last yr it was like 5am but this yr amelie will hopefully sleep til about 7am. She has SO many presents so hopefully we can take our time opening gifts and playing with them with breaks inbetween :cloud9: thats the plan anyway, she'll prob run in and rip it all apart

Probably about 9am because I have to wait for my mum and dad to come round. normally takes DD about an hour at the most, DS gets upset so takes him all day.

We usually get up about 7am and tbh I have never thought about how long it takes us to open presents,I would say about an hour or 2, but we dont wrap any santa presents so the only gifts they have to open is family, friends and each other.

My son wakes up everyday around 7am -- we'll prob just freshen up a bit, brush teeth -- and then head donwstairs to open presents! Usually takes 30 - 60 minutes. My son just sort of rips everything open... and then we spend the next few hours opening the packaging & playing with everything!

My parents will come over later in the day to see what Santa brought -- i would never want to wait for them to arrive! I'm as anxious as my 3 year old to see him open presents!

OH & I wake up stupidly early and open our stocking presents, eat some chocolate and watch TV until it's late enough to have a shower and open the rest of our presents from each other and from his mum & grandparents. Then we have some bacon sarnies and go to my mums to open the presents from my family which takes a few hours, especially because there will be 11 of us at mums tomorrow :haha: and then we all have Christmas dinner and then me and OH go to his dad's for MORE presents! So we have a whole day of present opening really. I love it!!!!!!!! xx

we will get up when morgan wakes which will most likely be 6am take her through the living room where the big presents will be built up i will then get dressed and walk the dog (and have a fag :haha:) then when i get back we will open all the presents if morgan hasnt already then OH will go to work at 12
im guessing it will take at least an hour if not more to open all the presents morgan has

I wake up about 6am, such a big child  it takes all day to open presents, well like we try spread them out over the day. Sometimes there are some left the day after
