I am 20 weeks today, and as of this morning I feel like there is a lot of pressure under my ribs. I assume this is from everything moving up but would just like some reassurance. I was walking and was so out of breath and I still feel like I am not getting 100% of the air I normally do.

And I also feel like that baby is moving so much more now! Which I know I should expect but it is so exciting! I have only been able to feel the baby at night when I am laying down, but I have felt her move numerous times today! Have any of you noticed a wake/sleep period ?

Feeling out of breath is normal during pregnancy because you actually have to inhale a lot more oxygen while pregnant. As long as you don't feel like it's -difficult- to breathe it's probably normal. I can't help with the rib pain though! I am 20 weeks and everything is from the belly button down for me.

Some days I do, but some days I don't! I've noticed s/he's most active if I'm sitting still about an hour after eating a meal, and also right before bed. The last few days I've felt more movement but last week I still had full days where I felt nothing.
