prewashing

A quick qu, what do i do to prewash my flips?
Theyve been in a wash with my normal nappy wash, so what do i do next?

what are they microfibre or organic?

ive got both

the organics need a lot more than microfibre, the microfibre will probably be fine to use now but the organics I would soak for 12-14 hours in a bucket and then send them through another rinse cycle.
