probably stupid question - baby milk

is it posible for powered milk to go off?
on the carton i have says in date till 2010, but every time i make a bottle with it it has a really bad smell, and it is making jessica have really bad diarrhea and sickness.
i have stopped using this carton, and am trying another. i have been using this make (aptamil) since she was a few weeks old.

I haven't heard of it being off, could it be something to do with your water?? Mine has never gone off like that an I've been using aptamil since Tigs was born too xx

i know you have to use the tub of milk once its been opened within 4 weeks if that helps maybe the milk doesnt agree with her maybe try a different make leeon was like this with his milk so we put him on cow and gate comfort x

I've never had it happen but I guess it could
