Problem posting a New Avatar Pic

I was trying to post a new updated avatar pic from a picture on my computer and I got an error message saying I couldn't because I am missing a security token and to contact the administrator.

I am not sure what I need to do but would like to put up a new pic the one I have is older from last year.

The image is either too large or the server doesn't like the way it's encoded.
The simplest way to fix it is to resize with online image editor and save as jpg, gif, or png

You'll find a lot of them if you do a search.

Most of my pics are on facebook so I just download them from there which is a much smaller file size than the original, then just upload that onto here xx
