Progesterone tabs advice?

I am starting progesterone and my dr told me I could take them orally or use them vaginally. For pregnancy, I've never taken them but I have taken them a couple I days to jump start my period years ago. Which is best vaginally or orally? Which has more side affects?

Vaginally is best for absorption more med gets to the babe.. But it is messy feels like lotion discharge so you might prefer oral

As above, vaginally will ensure more of the progesterone gets where it needs to be.

I have been taking them orally 200 mg twice per day. Sometimes I get dizzy after taking it but nothing to bad. My progesterone went up 11 units in less than a week. Not bad at all.
