Progression of tests a good sign?

Two years ago I had an ectopic. I don't remember if the tests progressively got darker, would they normally in an ectopic? I didn't photograph them last time, this time I have and this first picture was last Sunday and 3+6 weeks and the second picture is today at 4+6 weeks. Would you say the fact they've got so much darker means I can relax a little about a repeat ectopic?

I think this is a great sign! Congratulations! I don't know much about ectopic pregnancies except that they are often correlated with low hcg levels. I took 4 tests last week and each was darker than the last. My beta hcg levels more than quadrupled in 48 hours! (which went along with darker lines on tests). if your lines are getting darker it is a sure sign that your levels are on the rise! Congratulations! with that said, I would still request the test from your doctor so that you can prove to yourself (for peace of mind) that your levels are increasing.

Thank you for that! I requested a hcg level test last time and was declined saying they don't do that here. I've got my first appointment on Tuesday, I'll be 5+1. Thanks for your help :)
