Provera and letrozole?

Hello!

I was prescribed provera to induce AF and Two days ago was my last pill and all that’s happening is mild mild cramps and spotting. Is this normal? I’m supposed to start letrozole on day 3 of cycle but when do I consider day 3? After steady flow starts or these spotting days? Could it be possible to ovulate during provera and implant?!

So still no AF and it’s been days since my last provera, I can’t take my letrozole until the 3rd day of a flow. I’m still spotting but AF just won’t show, what the heck! I took a cheapie dollar store test and it’s negative

I have not yet but I’ve googled and googled and googled lol and can’t find anything
