We have a PS3 which will be 3 years old in November, it was bought in HMV so it's obviously out of warranty. We were 15 minutes into a bluray last night and it skipped so we took it out to wipe it and now the damn thing won't recognise any blurays or dvds!!! I think its the disk reader- will Sony help us out or do we need to get it fixed elsewere???
