pulsating uterus or down there region?

I just wanted to ask here too if anyone has experienced this. I noticed it today after a bad case of constipation and straining.
Now it feels like my heart dropped into my uterus. It is pulsating stronger than the usual pulsating sensation one gets in pregnancy. I almost think the baby might be in a weird position since the movements feel extremely dull if that are actually movements. It can be hard to make out this early if it isn't a definite kick.

I think I've felt that lying down especially. It's the large vein that carries lots of blood down there I forget the name but it's a big artery and it pulses a lot. Don't worry very normal xx

I know about the vein, been having it, but this feels different. Very low and strong and it only started yesterday.
