When my son was born I pumped quite a bit during the first couple of weeks. I put it straight in the freezer planning to use it later and I haven't. It's full of colostrum but Now he's on to solids (he's 23 weeks) and I was wondering if that milk is ok to give him now? It's been frozen for 5 months. I was going to add it to his fruit or baby rice? Yes I know totally lazy and doing this because it saves me a pump or two now...

Can last for 6 months months in the freezer. Try to defrost it fully in the fridge then swirl it to mix the fat and liquid back together as they will separate.
