Q about maternity leave 2nd time round???

I started back at work in august but im only doing 11 hours a week Earning just £75!

Can enyone tell me how i go about my leave? Iv read somewhere that you have to do a certain amount of hours or get paid a certain amount to get your smp is that right??

If so what are my options???

I think you need to be earning a minimum of £102 a week to qualify for SMP. Maybe you would qualify for income support or something like that?

If you don't qualify for SMP you may well get Maternity Allowance, worth looking into?

Thats what iv read! its like 90% of your wages which will be something like £67 pounds which isnt great but it will help!!
