Hi fellow BFers!
My littlest LO is 11 weeks old & each evening he cluster feeds from about 7pm (when I finish putting my biggest LO to bed) until about 9.30pm. At that point I put him down (asleep) & he sleeps anywhere between 3.5 & 6.5 hours before his next feed.
My question is whether he is likely to naturally transition from cluster feeding to having one final normal length feed before bed or whether it is something I need to orchestrate (& if so, how?!). I have no particular objection to continuing to cluster feed, but I have a couple of evenings out planned in the next few weeks & so need to feel confident that he can be settled to sleep by my OH or my MIL if I'm not around.
What are your experiences?
