Question about expressing/storing milk

Probably a silly question but one I don't know the answer to so i'll ask it anyway. If I were to express milk a few times a day do I have to store and use it separately or can it be mixed together?

It can be mixed as long as you use it before the oldest milk is no use.

I used to store mine all seperate but its getting too expensive for storage bags so now I take everything from one day and pout it together
