Question about injectables & trigger

I'm going to be starting my first cycle with injectables and was just curious about what CD most people generally trigger.

It varies quite a bit depending on how you respond to the medications. Some people are on meds 6-7 days and others much longer. My last injectibles cycle I was on 9 days of Gonal-F before triggering.

I usually have about 13 Gonal-F injections before my trigger.

The last time I did injectibles with a trigger it was on CD 14 I believe.

Hey girly ... mine was normally CD13/CD14

Last month I triggered on day 12 and IUI on day 13. This month I triggered on day and am having an IUI tomorrow, day 15. I think it is different for everyone from month to month. (I trigger with Ovidrel, I don't know if that makes a difference.)

I ended up triggering on CD 13 with IUI on CD 14 after stimming for 9 days. It was 10 days in between starting stims and my IUI but I didn't take any meds one of those nights.

If you dont mind me asking...what dose and injectables were u on? And how many follies u produced?

I took Follistim 150 iu CD 3, 4, 5; Follistim 75 iu CD 6, 7, 8; nothing CD 9; Menopur 75 iu CD 10, 11; Follistim 50 iu CD 12; trigger CD 13; IUI CD 14. I had two good follies when I triggered.

I am on my first cycle of injectables, I am on follistim days 3-7 I did 33.3iu went Saturday for an u/s but my follicles weren't ready. Went up to 50iu for days 10&11 and u/s today showed I have 4 follicles 15,13,12&11, they up'd my dose to 75iu for tonight ( day 12 and tomorrow day 13) I go back on Friday for another u/s. Hoping when I go Friday the follicles will be ready and I can trigger that night. They told me that its a good thing that its taking a little longer because its giving the endometrial lining time to thicken up. Good luck with your injections, they aren't bad at all.

I did gonal F this cycle as a combo with femara and I agree they were not bad at all. I had poor response. I had 30 small follies 15 on each ovary all 10mm and less(Pcos). I find out today what I will be taking this cycle. keep me updated
