I know this isn't the right forum but the ovulation forum doesn't get much action so I thought I'd ask you wonderful ladies. If I got a positive opk (same color as the control line) yesterday and an even stronger test line today, when should I start counting my days past ovulation? I'm not charting my temps or anything else so I'm going strictly off of the opk and cramping.

Usually you ovulate 12-48 hours AFTER a positive OPK so I’d start counting dpo the day after it’s definitely positive.

For me, my OPK was same color lines on 1/2, then test line darker than control on 1/3 and I ovulated on 1/4 so 1dpo was 1/5. Hope this helps!

I'd say you're likely to ovulate tomorrow so start counting dpo after tomorrow. Good luck!!
