Question for UK girls

No, its our regular doctors surgery. Usually there is about a week to 2 weeks wait for a non-emergency appointment. If you need an emergency or urgent appointment you need to call between 8 & 9am. The receptionist asks if it is an emergency, obviously if they thought bad enough they refer you to A&E. I said not an emergency, but would like to see or speak to a doc & told her the prob. They then do a quick assessment as to wether they think you need to see the doc or if the doc can speak on the phone and make a decision from there.

Its a damn good service to be honest. My mum had hip replacements last year and he painkillers wernt working too good, but shes not one for fuss and wouldnt go to the docs so i made her call and the doc dealt with it all on a phone consultation and gave her a new prescriptions blah blah...

Besides it saved me trailing all the way down there this morning feeling the way i do for nothing if they couldnt have seen me.

that is very good indeed !
I cant wait to get to the docs and get something prescribed for em to feel a bit normal !!! Im literally hanging on now!

I got my prescription this morning, its for Prochlorperazine 5mg, He also gave me a sick note for 10 days with Hyperemesis written as diagnosis. Hoping the tablets kick in soon.
