Did you miss or ignore the symptoms at first cause you were told because you had the tubal you couldn't get pregnant?

I thought I was pregnant once while my tubes were still tied so I went for a blood test it was negative , the following year I had surgery to get them reversed and it was successful.
The chances of getting pregnant while your tubes are tied are slim but if you think you are you should have a pregnancy test done .
