if temp is taken an hour earlier or more than usual, and its lower, is this an accurate portrait?

i take mine at differnt times sometimes and its always just the same, as long as ur chart shows ovulation try not to worry x

Yes and no. It differs from woman to woman. Some women are completely unaffected by different waking times and others are. I am one that is affected by different wake up times, so I use a temp adjuster (you can google it, or FF has on if you use that to chart your temps).

My temp is always different if I take it at different times, I have to take it at strictly 6:45am every morn, it was always lower if I took it earlier and alot higher if I took it later :/ hope this helps.
